How I can get my very shiny riding boots for a show?
hey im going to a horse show on Sunday and wanted Learn some tips or methods to get my short brown boots before the show really brilliant! the leather and certainly old enough haha! is a school to go to Avonside Girls School? mourn dance cry lol! (BTW In New Zealand)
Spit shine boots (without using any sputum): 1. Use a shoe brush to remove dirt. 2. If dirty, clean with saddle soap. Preferably, the type of bar. 3. If you clean the shoes with saddle soap, then go over them with the oil until beef 100% pure when they are almost dry. Be sure to wipe off any excess oil. 4. Get a box of brown paste (not cream) cream shoes, and a piece of cloth, as a white handkerchief. 5. Open the can of wax, and the hot water tap at the top of it. 6. Take the handkerchief (or similar material), folding to have a double thickness, place tissue cover over two or three centimeters from the tip of the index finger of your dominant hand, pull the rest of the cloth behind the finger so that it winds around your finger, then firmly twist the fabric so that you have a smooth surface covering the fingertip tight, put the excess tissue braided palm of your hand and hold firmly with remaining fingers. (It is easier to do than to describe.) 7. Dip fingers covered with tissue water at the top of the box, which can have a good and wet. 8. Friction wet finger gently cloth cover on the surface of the wax. 9. Dip your finger coated with a water-based varnish, briefly. 10. Place your other hand on his boot. 11. Apply wax on your finger to start with small circular movements. (I usually start in the big toe). 12. Repeat steps 7-11 until the first boot is completely covered with varnish, and is almost bright with just a little fog. It often takes several layers. repeated several light coats are better than one thick layer. 13. Then do the boot on the other hand, using a cool on the web. 13a. When done with the Poles, drain water from the lid, then wipe the lid tightly (otherwise rust) and replace the lid firmly in the box, so that Poland will be ready for next time. 14. Leave the boots to dry for several hours (or overnight). 15. Get an old pair pantyhose (stockings) (ok, for short) work perfectly, so they have a very tight, smooth the surface itself, the tighter and smoother the better. 16. Deeply buff your shoes with nylons rolled. Note: Once you have applied the varnish, brush do not use the boots until you are ready to polish again. Now, the boots are so light, you can see your reflection in them. My combat boots usually took me about 45 minutes from start to polish, not to mention polishing.
